Posted Aug. 27, 2007. Encouraged by an outpouring of support, David reaffirmed his commitment to the issues
that concern ALL citizens of Dubuque by extending his campaign to a city-wide scope. By running for the At-Large seat on
the council, he is convinced that his added TWIST will get a wider airing, more discussion, and a better chance for broad
consensus. That will help keep Dubuque moving forward!
What is TWIST?
Posted Aug. 17, 2007. David will formally announce his candidacy for the Dubuque City Council at 2pm on Tuesday,
August 21, 2007 from his home at 375 Alpine St., Dubuque. He's invited the local media and will make a brief presentation
outlining his platform for the upcoming election.
